The Madison Farmers Market with Madison Main Street is a year-round 100% Producer-Only market held at the Broadway Fountain every Saturday. Our vendors offer nearly everything a local shopper wants or needs: vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, honey, flowers, herbs, plants, soap, shoulder bags, jewelry, gift cards, and art. The Madison Farmers Market is the oldest Farmers Market in the state of Indiana with its beginnings dating back to 1809.
Market will continue every Saturday the remainder of 2024. Starting January 2025, the Madison Farmers Market will begin a new schedule. Check out the News section below to learn more!

CALLING ALL ARTISTS: NEW LOGO DESIGN FOR MADISON FARMERS MARKET
Indiana’s oldest farmer’s market in historic downtown Madison along the Ohio River is looking for a fresh new logo for use on social media, advertisements, t-shirts, and tote bags! Since 1809, this year-round, 100% producer-only market offers fresh produce, baked goods, meats, eggs, honey, flowers, jewelry, and more. We’re searching for local artists of all ages to submit their proposals for our new design.
Design Theme:
The logo should have an original style and evoke nostalgia and tradition while fitting a farmer's market theme. Use colors that convey the freshness and variety of produce available at the market.
Elements to Consider:
Incorporate imagery related to farming and markets such as but not limited to fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers, and jewelry.
Format and Submissions:
Accepting submissions in digital format and an 8x10 color photocopy or photo. Please show examples of how your design can be used in various applications such as tote bags, t-shirts, advertisements, and social media. If selected, the logo will become the property of MMSP.

Madison Farmers Market Adjusts Hours of Operation for the 2025 Season
Madison, IN — 12/18/2024 — The Madison Farmers Market with Madison Main Street, will be adjusting its hours of operation starting January 1st, 2025. This change is part of an effort to optimize the Market experience, better serve vendors, and strengthen the event’s impact on the local community.
The new schedule for the Madison Farmers Market is as follows:
